For much of that distance, the windblown dunes of the Namib Desert reach right to the pounding surf of the Atlantic Ocean, leaving a stark yet beautiful landscape.
The Namibian coast always produces fish regardless of the time of year. Cob, Steenbras, Galjoen, Blacktail are always present throughout the year. Spotted Gully sharks and Bronze Whalers are always an adrenaline filled challenge to land.
Other species include Smooth hound sharks, Lesser sand shark, St Joseph shark, blue and Duckbill rays, Shad and Garrick.
